Over the course of the weekend, we will explore a range of media, for example: pencil, charcoal and sanguine. Working for the model participants will Investigate methods of picture construction and the process of measurement.
We will examine :
The importance of composition and lighting in order to create a dramatic impression. How to develop a deeper understanding of the sitter. How to preserve a vibrant and spontaneous first impression through to the finished work.
